Frequently Asked Questions

  • You can pay by debit or credit card when booking online, a 10% deposit is required with all bookings and the remainder can be paid at the time of your procedure by cash, credit/debit card, or internet banking.

    If you would like to pay via Afterpay then please purchase one of our packages through the Shop you will then be sent a discount code in order to make your booking with no further charges.

  • Lashing Out is available by appointment only,

    Monday to Friday 10am - 7pm

    Please go to the Booking tab to check available times, as each service requires a different booking window, if your preferred booking time is unavailable please try a different day or week. You may be able to get on the cancellation list for a short notice appointment by contacting us direct.

  • Lashing Out is situated about halfway up Shakespeare Road, on the City side. As you’re driving up you’ll see a large, two-storey, white house, elevated from the street on the left hand side of the road.

    The Lashing Out signage on the balcony is visible from the street.

    Lashing Out’s salon is at the first floor level of the property, knock on the ranch slider and Vanessa will be waiting to greet you.

  • There is street parking available out the front of the property, you’ll see a street sign for Lashing Out and a road cone near the path entrance, you are most welcome to park in front of the garage as this is part of the property.

  • As like a lot of properties on Napier Hill there is a pathway up to the front entrance, the house is elevated from the street and there is a combination of concrete path and stairs to walk up to the entrance to the salon.

  • It’s easy to re-schedule your appointment if you are logged in on the booking page, or from your original confirmation email there is a link to go direct to your original booking.

    If it is within 24 hours of your scheduled booking we may be able to re-schedule under certain circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, especially if you are unwell.

    Please note if cancelling within 24 hours of your scheduled booking the deposit paid will be forfeited.
