Health and Safety Policies

As Lashing Out is a ‘Close Contact’ business the following policies apply when you are arriving to your appointment.

To keep our staff and customers safe, and allow our business to continue running we request that

At all times

  • Please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell

  • Wear your mask if you feel comfortable

  • Regularly wash and thoroughly dry your hands or use hand sanitiser.

  • Sneeze and cough into your elbow.

  • Keep your distance from people you do not know.

  • Clean or disinfect shared surfaces often.

  • If you have cold, flu or COVID-19 symptoms, stay home and get a test.

Salon Policy and Waiver

If you are allergic to any substances that could possibly harm you in any of Lashing Out’s treatments, please do not attempt these procedures. Lashing Out has the right to refuse your treatment if we are concerned for your well-being or any other reason.

When you book in your procedure, you are thereby giving staff members at Lashing Out consent to provide treatments to you under our work ethics. All pre and post-care advice should be followed to ensure optimal results.

Lashing Out will not be responsible or liable for any issues or injuries during or after your appointment.

All services, treatments, and products purchased through Lashing Out are non-refundable under any circumstances due to hygiene reasons.

Cancellations and rescheduling appointments

We understand that circumstances change and on occasions, you may need to change your appointment time or day.

To avoid any inconvenience, we kindly ask that you give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice so that another client has the opportunity to make an appointment. Failure to do so will result in your booking deposit being forfeited.

Appointment Deposit

Lashing Out requires a 10% deposit when booking in for your lash and brow treatments. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill upon completion of your service.

In the event of cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours of your booked appointment, or you do not arrive for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
